Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

• Oversee email marketing, social media strategy, and content planning

• Lead campaign launches and brand storytelling initiatives

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights

• Collaborate closely with leadership and creative teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in fashion, retail, or DTC marketing

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and brand positioning

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Creative thinker with a strong commercial focus

• Previous customer service experience (retail or e-commerce preferred)
